melissa jill, an amazing person and talented photographer, has tagged me (sara) for a blogging game.  i have to share 8 fun facts about myself and then make 8 others do the same. find out about me and then go the the next 8 victims to see what they have to say!

1.  i love the smell of red mud.  it reminds me of my childhood.

2.  my husband and i took a 3 month cross country camping trip after college.  we decided that if we could live out of our jammed packed car for that long and not kill each other, that we were meant to be!

3.  i backpacked in Europe by myself for 2 weeks and with my mom for a week and half.  my favorite place was greece.....anyone planning a wedding in greece?

4.  i attended 3 north carolina state universities, uncc, uncg and asu.  i did a summer study abroad in london through uncw.  i got my associates degree in photography at randolph community college.  i also took classes at greensboro technical community college.  in my spare time i am thinking about writing a book about the north carolina state school system.

5.  what was i doing all this time in college you might ask?  i studied early childhood psychology, art history, English, dance, tourism management, and photography.  i wound up with a b.a. in tourism management, a minor in english, a minor in dance and an associates degree in photographic technology.....plus i had a lot of fun working on my social skills and traveling habits! 

6.  i once found a snake in my bed!  i do not like snakes!

7.  the second time i went skiing i accidentally took the lift to the black diamond slope.  i tried to go down on my rear.....i do not recommend this tactic.

8.  my daughter and i have a secret handshake.
