the big day: kathryn + brandon
kathryn and brandon were our first wedding of 2008!
they gave each other the sweetest and most heartfelt gifts just before the ceremony. here is kathryn reading the letter attached to her gift, which was a journal that brandon had been keeping since they first started dating.
brandon says he does not have a good "serious" face. i will admit that he is not a very serious person, his is always smiling, but i think he looks great in this shot!

kathryn and all of her siblings are not so serious either.

gotta love some red hot shoes and argyle socks.

kathryn and brandon had their reception at the north carolina museum of natural history. we took a few photos on the mall by the museum before we headed in.

i love the full length shot of kathryn and brandon. i think they look like vintage wedding cake toppers.

a little video light magic.

can you feel it? this is what pure joy looks like.

lastly, we just got the jesh de rox textures. this is my first attempt with textures. what do you think?

THey look like such a great couple and you did a great job.
I saw your website a long time back and just happened to run into it again. Just wanted to say you've got amazing work and you should be very proud!
This wedding is soooo cute! What a sweet couple. I love the shot you did with the video light in particular... but they are all fantastic!
Blessings.... katrina
these are so great! they look so happy!
subtle effect - i like it. i checked out the website... looks like a neat tool, but sometimes the textures seemed take away from the beauty of an already-awesome picture. this is coming from someone who knows next to nothing about photography and design. :) anyway. love the cake-topper shot.
I'm LOVIN the red shoes and the video light shot is GORGEOUS. I never get tired of looking at your stuff - it's beautiful!!
I just love these pictures! Do you have an RSS feed? I would love to subscribe?!?!
the 'cake topper' shot is perfect. keep on rockin'
Your photos are so surreal. Thanks for the inspiration
