mel and i met emily and dan at their alma mater, western carolina university, in cullowhee, nc.  em and dan are going to have a gorgeous wedding next month at holden beach.  we know that their wedding is going to be a blast to photograph.  these two are so down to earth and hanging out with them is just plain fun.  emily has a smile and laugh that is totally contagious. 

scout, their dog came along for the fun. 

this picture just cracks me up every time i look at it.  poor scout, she suffers from big tongue disease!  my two goldens have it too.  : ) 

dan is a world champion dandelion blower.  he won the international tournament in 2007. 

luckily emily is not a sore loser!
