lakshmi and brendan had wedding number one in brendan's homeland of australia.  then they had an east meets west wedding in nc, a traditional indian ceremony in durham at the fabulous new venue the cotton room.

i heart awesome clients like karen and kevin! 

we traveled up to annapolis for their big day.  

we had lots of time to do a first look and walk around town for photos.  it is a good thing that karen had plenty of time built in to her timeline.  there were some wardrobe complications!  how many guys does it take to tie a tie? 

knitting needles and lots of hands helped get all of the tiny buttons on karen's dress buttoned up....eventually!  : )

we had a wonderful halloween weekend.  eliza was so in to it!  she had two costumes.  one for school (they had to dress up like a character from a book so she was the butterfly from the very hungry caterpillar) and one for halloween (a "mean witch").

we had a little halloween party and "spooky" trail at our house before trick or treating.  we had a gross out table at our house where kids could put their hands in bowls full of disgusting things like worms, eye balls, dead skin, spiders.  then we walked across the street to eliza's nona's for tattoos and fishing for glowing eyeballs in red jello.  finally, we walked to aunt lynne and uncle charles' to bob for doughnuts and listen to scary music!
