i am almost out the door to our first spring wedding (there is a major thunderstorm going on right now, rain and hail are pouring down).  "they" say that it is good luck if it rains on your wedding day.  katie and grady are going to be very lucky!

mel and i flew up to new jersey to do a few shoots for our good friend jane.  her pictures are next on the list of things to do!  while in new jersey with jane we got to meet a darling little newborn...miss katherine or kayleigh for short.  we were happy to be inside all toasty and warm instead of outside in the snow!

one quick entry before we close up shop for the thanksgiving holiday.  our husbands are going to try and lock up our computers and hide the keys for the next 5 days. we will still have our iphones if we need a post turkey blog fix.  we wish everyone a wonderful turkey day or tofurkey day for all of those veggies out there!

we photographed laura and brandon's gorgeous wedding at the childress vineyards last year.  they celebrated their anniversary with a wonderful addition to their family!

we love it when our clients book first year sessions!  it is so fun to watch how much babies change in their first year!   we had a ton of favorites from this session....
