whew!  we made it through the christmas craziness.  thank you to all of our wonderful clients!  we appreciate your business and your patience at this hectic time of year.  i am happy to say that all holiday orders have shipped thanks to our amazing studio manager and sabi the cat.  and all of our backlogged sessions are now up on the blog!

we will be closed for the holidays until January 2nd.  have a safe and happy holiday.

we're bummed that we were already booked for kathryn + jon's wedding date b/c they were so fun to work with!  they were troopers and didn't complain once about being out in the freezing cold, rainy weather.  i have a lot of favorites from this shoot, so be prepared...

this little flower girl was so cute.  she was very interested in what greg was up to. 

i started to make a grid of all of the fun and crazy shots from the reception, but i could only narrow it down to 33 absolute favorites.  i gotta go pack to head out of town for the holidays so i just picked one group dance shot that gives the overall feeling of the atmosphere at the wedding!  i must say to all of you guys at the wedding, mel and i were truly impressed with your dance skills.  the guys started off the dancing....that is unheard of!  if i ever have a son i pledge to encourage him to get some dancin' skills.  girls love guys who dance.  it was a good thing that the guys had moves because holly and a lot of her friends were on the storm squad for the carolina hurricanes, so you know they can shake it! 

you probably remember courtney and geoff from their wedding photos.  courtney was the most laid back bride ever!  we have really enjoyed getting to know courtney and geoff through their wedding and their maternity shoot.  geoff won our hearts when he showed up to the shoot on a chilly morning with hot coco and brownies!  geoff, you are always welcome on our shoots!

anna + christian live in durham now but they are louisiana natives- we'll be shooting their wedding in new orleans in march!  yea!
