rollin was one of our youngest little models yet.  we met him when he was only 4 days old!

i love this antique crib that his grandmother had restored.  richard, rollin's daddy, and his 2 brothers used it too.

we were so excited when chloe's mom ordered a bunch of big canvas prints!  she is an awesome designer/stylist so we knew they would look great in her house.  sometimes it is hard to convince people to commit to a big print but after seeing these I am sold!  i also love that the canvases come ready to hang!

both of these prints are 16x24.  you could easily do a 20x30 or larger over the fireplace.  I can't wait to order one for myself!  I love the red accents too.

the ones on the left are 2 8x12s and the others are 3 11x14s.

it is a rare weekend that i do not have a wedding, we have no family commitments, and the weather is gorgeous.  we took advantage of our lovely weather and went camping last weekend at grayson highlands state park in Va. 

i was amazed at what a good little hiker eliza is.  she "bouldered" as we hiked up a steep and rocky trail for about 2 hours.  even our old girl, ivey our golden who is 12, hung in there.  the view and the wild ponies were worth the work!

this little foal was not so wild.  we were so excited that he just walked up to us.  liza was huggin and kissin all over him. 

i don't believe it!  i am in a picture.  usually our vacations and holiday photos look as if i do not exist because i am always behind the camera.  i have been making an effort to get in some shots so liza will remember her mommy being there!

here is ivey.  she has been with me since she was a pup.  she was wild when she was younger.  she was know in college at "the spawn" short for "the spawn of Satan" because she was so insanely hyper.  now, 10 years later, she has calmed down in her old age and she is the sweetest girl ever!

amanda and chris got married on a gorgeous day.  it was the first weekend of the summer that was not blistering hot!

we met amanda and the girls at the glam lounge. 

then we headed over to hang with the boys.

there were no photos allowed during the ceremony, so we had to catch the bride and groom on their way out of the chapel at St.mary's.
