as we drove through the lush countryside of new jersey, melanie said, "now i know why they call new jersey the garden state!".  when you say new jersey most people do not think about rolling hills and horse farms.   the h family homestead is tucked away in a curve on a beautiful country road.  part of the house was built in the 1700's and the addition was constructed in the 1800's.  the land surrounding the house is gorgeous!
